Draft — for the owner to review before deposits open.
Navrange is a set of vault smart contracts on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663). Each vault provides liquidity to one Uniswap v3 pool that pairs a Robinhood stock token with USDG, and issues share tokens named NVR-<pair>, for example NVR-NVDA/USDG.
An off-chain agent chooses where and when the vault's liquidity sits, inside limits the contract enforces. Every agent decision, including no action, is published on the Agent page.
Vault assets can only move to the vault's own Uniswap pool, to the fee splitter (performance fees only) or to the account that withdraws or claims. There is no admin withdrawal. The agent can only rebalance, harvest and pause deposits.
Withdrawals are never paused and never depend on the price feed. If a token cannot move because its issuer paused or blocklisted it, that token's share is kept for you to claim later and the other token pays out.
The vault keeps a performance fee of at most 10% of the pool fees it harvests; the owner can only lower it. There is no deposit or withdrawal fee.
The Uniswap protocol fee is switched on in these pools, so part of each trading fee never reaches liquidity providers. Every figure on this site is net of it.
Each vault has a total cap and a per-depositor cap, set on chain by the owner and raised in steps. Each vault page shows the caps in force, read from the vault contract; a full vault shows Deposits capped.
Robinhood stock tokens are not available to US persons. Do not deposit if these tokens are not available to you where you live.
Nothing on this site is investment advice or a promise of any return. Returns can be negative. Yield is shown only as a realised figure over the past 7 days, net of fees, once a vault holds at least $5,000.
The contracts are unaudited and provided as they are. You use them at your own risk.
